Hello! I'm Angelica, a passionate educator and dedicated Realtor based in Albuquerque. Growing up in a vibrant entrepreneurial environment that is Hong Kong, and as a second-generation Filipina, I carry a rich family heritage steeped in music and multi-culturalism.

For most of my career life, I have been teaching piano. It has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to connect with individuals of all ages and instill in them a love for music.

Five years ago, my Hong Kong entrepreneurial neurons sparked curiosity about real estate. After befriending a broker at an open house and taking advantage of a government incentive check during COVID, I completed my real estate course and became a licensed Realtor. I genuinely love meeting people from all walks of life and guiding them through one of the most significant decisions they'll ever make—buying or selling a home.
